What counts as an emergency
Call us right away if a tree or large limb is on your home, garage, or vehicle; blocking your only way in or out; hanging broken over an area people use; leaning or partially uprooted after a storm; or tangled with a power line. These situations get worse with time and weather, and several of them are unsafe to go near.
What to do while you wait
Keep people and pets away from the tree and from anything it's touching. Assume every downed line is live and stay far back — report it to the utility. Don't try to move limbs that are under tension; a branch pinned in a bend can whip violently when cut. If the tree is on your house, get everyone to a safe part of the home or outside, and photograph the damage for your insurance before anything is moved if it's safe to do so.
How our response works
We assess the scene first — power lines, what's holding the tree, and where the load will go — then stabilize and remove the hazard in controlled pieces using rigging and, where needed, the spider lift. We can tarp an opening and clear access fast, then handle full cleanup and haul-off. If insurance is involved, we document the work to support your claim.
What Affects the Cost
Every job is different, so we quote after seeing it — free and with no pressure. These are the factors that move the price:
- Severity and risk — a tree on a structure or line takes more care and time
- Time of day and weather conditions
- Access and how much rigging or equipment the situation demands
- Extent of cleanup and debris removal
